      Great people, supportive environment, laid back atmosphere. I was in the wealth management branch with a wonderful group who were always helpful.

      Svantaggi

      No pay, sometimes very boring. There was lots of downtime where i did nothing. I didnt learn as much as i would have liked.

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
