      Very good opportunities and good compensation. Managers are more flexible when it comes to taking time off to do other stuff

      Constrained by hierarchical org structure some times. HR is some times tough to work with. Overall, it was not bad.

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
