Monotonous work, Toxic work environment by unethical & unprofessional manegers hiring thier own people in their team. Daily hard work and year end - Forget that you even exist after whole year making other people work and showcase whole team efforts as his own and manegers getting promoted and year end say you haven’t worked at all. Men’s are ahead in silent politics and rumours staying behind women’s. Playing daily mind games to trouble , disturbing mental health of employees. Daily expectations to exceed expectations and even after proving no recognition. Employee join to work peacefully and not as a slave who has to prove him/ herself daily. Wrong work culture and expectations , thinks employees are horses. HR is virtual and useless.
