Awful, dictatorship that has no empathy towards the needs of clients or staff. Lead management are to busy trying to top up their ego and feed their narcissistic traits even to the detriment of the client and staff. If your not one of their puppets and you try and do what’s best for clients and staff, your life is made intolerable. Fantastic ethos and ethics on paper, in reality the systems and management have more holes than a colander. Do not work for this company, they will bully you and suck every bit of self worth from you!! I’ve seen some lovely people driven to break downs and tears from these people.
