The team I worked with were simply amazing, compassionate and cared. The people we cared for were amazing and I enjoyed that aspect of the job.

MANAGEMENT! Dragged to Harrogate to sleep in a tent (Refused and got given a bunk) My wife also worked for the company and a MALE senior manager squared up to her... Until I spotted this and jumped straight in; he soon regretted it... Big time. Told to wear a blind fold (Refused) Told I had to stay (Left a day early) and they attempted to humiliate me at every opportunity, failing in the most spectacular manner. I felt sorry for the poor, amazing workers that wouldn't or couldn't defend themselves. By the end of the session, I'd told each manager what I thought of their bullying tactics and within 2 months, I was made redundant. I walked out with a smile on my face. If you work for UBU, you are worth more than they make you feel and the grass is greener on the other side!
