I really can’t think any ....oh yes actually finishing the shift and do whatever you like if you suck up to the local managers then it’s definitely a pros ,free loaders paradise

As enablers you are worth nothing in UBU the big fishes there don’t even pretend to like you.improvements on your role zero , the training is done by UBU so it’s worth zero when you leave ,NVQs forget about it they offer a diploma to some elected people but don’t worry to much it’s not a recognised qualification you basically stuck in there .do yourself a favour for the sake of minimum wage ,long hours,humiliations,find some meaningful job because although the values preached by these wolves in sheep clothes of a company they only people benefiting are themselves
