- Management are in a clique and do not address issues straight away, instead accumulate small things and say it all in one go.
- Disorganisation: my first day induction, I was asked what I was supposed to do when it was my first day and multiple times I was told that I was supposed to be in when it was different on my rota.
- Micro-aggressive tones of racism and misogyny: woman was reported for racism & nothing was done with & objectification on your body is notorious, consistently justifying it as it being part of 'Ubu's policy' however, the other policy of showing no visible tattoos are not treated in the same way.
- Accusations are thrown around with no evidence to support it - they state 'it's logged somewhere' and when challenged on the evidence, they never show it.
- Pay is abysmal: for the demands this job displays, it is not worth minimum wage.
Genuinely have never made a review on anything, but felt so strongly to advise people to avoid this company at all costs. Would not wish this job on my worst enemy!
