• Because of the low pay, they tend to hire people with little experience, but expect a lot from them • Extremely low pay except for senior leadership • No career growth as everyone in management are outside hires • No job security as most of the employees are hired on contract • No culture as a department and no employee engagement; it all starts from the bottom, but because of the high turnover rate it never sticks • People will leave within the first couple of years or get let go/pushed out to make room for lower paying newcomers • Overall, not a place to stay for long
