      El ambiente laboral en UCB es muy agradable y destaca especialmente por el compañerismo. Hay un buen equilibrio entre exigencia y apoyo, y se valora el trabajo en equipo por encima de todo. Es un entorno en el que te sientes escuchado y parte de un objetivo común.
