Good company due to its benefits and potential

Bad management. Power tripping. Managers are rude to its people. We are expecting quality but people can eat anywhere which is very no no to a food industry. The owner must check his employees. Esp his old employees to be exact. Same goes with HR, you must check your managers and the tenured employees.
