I have been working at UCH since my second year of nursing school. I am PRN (minimum 1 shift a week). My managers have been so flexible and understanding of my school schedule which has been invaluable. The hourly compensation is great, as well as evening and weekend differentials. Definitely recommended!

It's hard to say, because UCH really is a great place to work. Sometimes as a CNA/ACP the workload is pretty heavy. But the culture of my unit has been great and everyone is supportive and wants to help!
