      ucla is a very good place, in a nice city, the staff including the processors and assistances are very friendly and helpful.

      the work in academia may not pay well, unless you are already an elite level professor. another thing is that there is no bonus in school system

      Great health insurance - I'm told it's really quite fire (no lie) Great location - love Westwood (sandwiched by Brentwood, Bel Air, and Beverly Hills) Union is tremendously supportive
