Was good until new management - Recensione dipendente - Administrative Assistant presso UCLA

Very low compensation. Easy to "restructure" department and lay off. HR is totally unhelpful. The union also did nothing for me. A bad director/manager will ruin everything. Very hard to get a job at UCLA and keep it. UCLA prefers to be insular.
