Low pay compared to market, low raises- average 3%, no raise/bonus if not meeting benchmarks, uppers don’t seem to care about lower level workers, minimal room for advancement after tech/specialist level, work level is never consistent and constantly being moved around between projects, work is graded and it’s all about pushing out the most production
