Consultants are fun to work with and immediately welcome you into the team. Management truly listens and has made big changes to 401k to allow you to participate right away, great matching and increased PTO to continue to add to work/life balance. Everyone is genuine and accepting. You always feel you can be yourself. It's still a small consulting firm and definitely growing.
