I never felt hurried or pushed to accept a position; he seemed genuinely interested in finding a good fit for me. Once I got an offer, there were several issues around my start date and planned vacation, but he continued to demonstrate professionalism and understanding, and worked closely with both me and the client to arrive at a satisfactory solution.

I have had a good experience with UDig, so I don't have any negative comments. The only thing is, for my current contract-to-hire position (via UDig), UDig did not initially have exact details on some employee benefits -- this is not an issue, but it would have been good to know those details upfront.
