      Not too much work, relaxed working environment, good amount of sick leaves.

      Svantaggi

      Low pay, Incompetent management, Unprofessional staff, bad internet and servers, broken software, improper data entry of books, office politics and other management issues, very few chances of promotion and basically no significant increase in salary

      The work is challenging and always changing. Good pay and benefits. Owner is very entertaining. Flexible work schedule was nice but some took advantage of it and ruined it for everyone.

      Unorganized and schedule is non-existent. Always late on jobs which made the customer unhappy, the lack of success was a huge impact on employee moral.
