Poor management practices - Recensione dipendente - Staff Nurse presso UHMBT

Poor management, lack of communication between management and staff when changes are made. No consultation about new initiatives. We had a new computerised notes system for the patients. It was rushed out and wasn't working properly. It has since been updated but no one thought to ask the staff who would actually be using them, what they felt necessary to include or its layout and functionality. Changes to working practice are made without consultation and often have to be changed due to their poor creation and implementation.
