Working at UIT - Recensione dipendente - Assistant Professor presso UIT

UIT is one of the worst places to work at compared to other private institutions in Pakistan. The management takes all the perks and benefits for themselves. The higher management isn't even interested to hear about salary adjustments. They act like modern day pharaohs, misusing their power for asserting pressure on the employees specially the faculty. The only progress UIT has made after becoming a university is on paper only. The current management is the worst of all times. They don't care about mental health or physical health of their employees. The worst part is that even during annual or semester break the employees are not free to go anywhere, they do not have freedom to do anything without letting the management know. Last year they did faculty and staff development activities during semester break. Although they claim that UIT is among the best institutes in Sindh but still the salary packages are worst compared to other privates institutions.
