No directors in offices, everyone was very approachable even CEO would sit on hot desk and take their turn to make tea. Met lots of people who enjoyed what they were doing and showed such passion for their work. Lots of training and further development opportunities. You manage own workload and determine your pace. Lots of real benefits including holiday during half term or when you wanted it, flexible working and work from home I had real work from the time I joined and enjoyed my time here.

It's really sad as the organisation is closing down due to 2015 Spending Review. Pay wasn't great but this was offset by all the positives and benefits

From the second I walked through the door I was lavished with development and training. Management really care about personal development and ensure you get the training you want. The organisational culture is second to none - you have freedom and autonomy over your work and can be free to challenge the norm and suggest improvements.

As a publicly funded organisation, cuts have hit hard. It's a real shame that such a crucial and well-respected organisation has suffered so much by the hands of irresponsible policy makers.
