I don't know who's behind all of the "Don't believe all the negative lies" posts that seem to be multiplying lately, whether it's Lawrence himself or his PR team. But your "fake reviews" insistence smacks of Donald Trump's "fake news" campaign, which as we know is designed to discredit dissenting voices. People will disagree with you and there are people who didn't leave your company with good feelings about it. Don't undermine their experience by writing passive aggressive jibes like "this is hilarious". Spend less time being self obsessed and defensive and more time being honest with yourself about what these people are saying. You say you're keen on people learning and developing but you take criticism very badly indeed. Listen better and maybe you can change the things people get upset about. Result - fewer negative reviews.
