People are nice individually. Constant change in direction means there will always be a recruiting team.

The recruiting team is a terrible mess. Constant turnover, high workloads and no management support. Do a quick Linked In search in the Boston area and you will see a lot of ex-recruiters from Kronos. Very few make it more than a year. No growth because there is no stability. The team has been rescructured multiple times. Even the managers and directors have turned over in recent years.
