Just about everything else. Services: -Management/Executives make blind uninformed decisions. -Nobody in a decision making seat has ever filled the role of deploying the product. -WFR business unit is riddled with positions that should be filled with those who understand the system/process/product. Instead, the baseline(AC's) has to work twice as hard to keep the salaries afloat of roles that provide no value. -New Hires receive training but then are thrown to the wolves with a services organization with no resource deployment or complexity of the products being deployed. How has this not been tackled by our leaders yet!?!?! This is a major red flag and should have been dealt with months ago with all of the changes to leadership who "know what is going on." (heavy emphasis on quotes) Finance/Marketing: -What is going on here????!?! This group makes services metrics? This group is beyond clueless about the product/customer and exclusively hurts the services organization defining irrelevant metrics. They would see the whole business unit run to the ground to make one months PowerPoint slides look "pretty." Making Power Points is about the only marketable skill from this department. Sales: -Toxic, plain and simple. Rewarded for lying and cheating customers at the expense of the customer and Kronos. This department is out of control and will ultimately be the final straw crushing the camel beneath. Quality of sale and performance of sales rep are across the board an inverse relation.
