Co removed all experience sales reps to replace them with "Junior Sales execs" at half the salary. Over the years leadership has used ComplianceWire as an ATM machine with no reinvestment. No Marketing investment. Literally told "you have no marketing". Expect quota set to 300 cold email outreaches a week. Concerned with volume outreach vs strategic plays. Don't expect enough leads to come in to meet any quota so until things change don't expect to receive quota checks. Any large client have been pulled and transferred to the Enterprise team who are frankly not well versed in the platform.

- The team is great. Both morning and night shift tend to interact well and joke. Both teams know the importance of time and place meaning they take work seriously but also have fun. - Manager of the department is really cool and is a team leader. Really cares for the team - Good job to gain experience

- Peak season is a drag. 72hr weeks for ~11 weeks really takes a toll, and upper management doesn't really do anything to help. - The pay isn't all that great compared to other engineers in the Bay Area. - Certification testing follows the procedures of the client and regulatory agencies. There isn't much room to express creative thought. Mundane work. - Regional Manager doesn't have the interest of the employees, only of the client. Regional would go to the meeting as a yes man to the client without consulting the engineering leads. - Ever since UL Solutions went public, it doesn't feel like a safety company. They care more about how much money they can make or save than about the safety of the consumer product.
