Vantaggi
I was able to get interviewing and training(training other people) experience after my first month and a half with the company. I moved fast within my first few weeks of being at the company. All it takes is a little bit of effort every day. I joined the company to get experience, and I got more than I asked for, in a good way. I was also trained by the current assistant manager who was an amazing person. She allowed me to achieve success fast.
I was able to make over a thousand dollars in my first full week at the company. I can't guarentee everyone will make that much that quick, but that is only because I don't know how much effort everyone is willing to put in. I can guarantee that if you are willing to put in effort, you will be making that much a week within your first month of training. A 2k a month paycheck is considered low if you are putting in the effort. I wasn't there for the money but the money was great.
The atmosphere at the company is great. Everyone is positive and there is absolutely no drama. Everyone wants everyone else to succeed. You can't beat that. On Monday team night, everyone in the office gets together and hangout after work. Its a great time. It's not at all mandatory but most people come because it's a great time.
The owner truly cares for those in his office. As long as you maintain communication with him for emergencies, preferably phone call or in person, he is willing to be flexible with hours. He truly wants everyone to succeed.
If you are looking for a temporary stay for experience that will help with future employment, UMC DIRECT is the place to go. If you are looking for a company that has fast progression, and you want to become high level management, possibly looking to be your own boss, this place is it. I was scared that this place and many other positions at other companies were going to be sketchy or something like that when I applied. Everything seemed too good to be true. Once I started I found out it's not too good to be true because success is only found by those who put in the effort.

You do have to drive a bit but the money and experience is well worth the drive.
