But, there is unfair treatment for men and those especially relatively young, who have barriers to grow and get promoted because of the current situation of UNAIDS. It will be without doubt that in most grades, women have had more than a fair share of grades and the number of positions. P3, P4 and G grades. ASG grade -Almost all are women, Significant proportion of Director grades are women. Ideally, the focus must be for both gender to have equal opportunities.
