Good mission but unhealthy culture - Recensione dipendente - Head of Digital Communications presso UNDP

Again, I only have the perspective of working from headquarters in NYC, and there is a lot of internal politics, manipulation and deceit. Also, there seems to be rampant incompetence, but I believe that may be throughout the UN system.
