      Too bad senior management does not really listen to the 'little people'. They ask for ideas and input but if it does not align with their way of thinking....they just don't hear you.

      Some good people work here

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
