The HR team at this organization is one of the least effective I’ve encountered. Decisions prioritized short-term stock price over people, demonstrating a lack of foresight and care for employees. So called HRLT - Workforce planning was poorly managed, with no clear, fair, or standardized processes in place. Instead of addressing leadership inefficiencies or improving strategic talent management, they resorted to letting go of hundreds of hardworking, talented employees.
