      The company has unfair hiring practices. They claim to care about visions and values but have lost sight of their visions and values. They will tell you what they think you want to hear. They will keep dangling that carrot in front of your face and you will never reach it.

      Some good people work here

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
