Legal and Administrative sucks (more than 30 days to correctly wire a paycheck). Unable to follow very simple indications for a contract or a payment.
They could lie or not present all the information about a Job, its challenges or real tasks.
Very much interested in pushing the upsale not too much about getting the right person for the role.
