- Small salaries in general, bonuses available in extraordinary cases only - Really high workload, often you have to work on weekends or during vacation - Your tasks and processes changes upon manager’s view, sometimes, out of your position - Teams and managers tend to find who is guilty in case of something wrong rather than supporting each other and proactively looking for good solutions together.

Never met people from management that would listen and understand developers to such degree. Pleasant cooperation. A lot of opportunities to learn. Full remote. Good teambuildings. A lot of cloud resources available to play with.

I honestly do not have one. I guess that I have a lot to learn and everyone seems to be better than me so I'm not the smartest person in the room...
