Work culture: -Work time is minimum 10AM to 8P.M. which can extent further. - You will not find team work only individual performance, and if you perform you will be harassed in terms of knowledge transfer and lot of work. - No motivation and managers are not good. 2. Annual bonus includes in CTC and given after one complete year. 3. Only code study and PPT preparation in terms of R and D. 4. If you are experienced more than 4 years, its not for you(definitely not for you). 5. Its only managers want is BMW in cost of your work. :P. I hope you can understand.:D 6. HR policies beside, don't trust on words. They can turn when needed. Best to communicate in written manner. 7. Many guys from microdoft and Intel joined this company and left just due to bad work culture and rude managers behavior.
