Super awesome, great, amazing, outstanding

Not so super awesome sometimes

There are supposed to be Pros, why I can't think of any?

Well, there is absolutely nothing good I can say about this company. They claim to be on the cutting edge of technology, and be experts in the blockchain. This is a complete and utter lie. Not only do they have no idea what they are doing, when you point out concerns in some of their business decisions; instead of taking that in, like a good company would; they go and not only ignore it, they also proceed to go so far as to make whoever called out the concern so miserable, and force them out of the company. This type of behavior has gone so far, that they nearly drove one of their employee's to take their own life. And instead of taking responsibility for those actions, they instead attempt to shift the blame back onto the individual who raised the concerns, this is absolutely despicable. Work-life balance is non-existent. Either you are working, or you are not doing enough. And if you don't do it their way, you are doing it wrong. On top of everything else, there was a time where they attempted to pay their employee's under the table using Bitcoin. This alone felt off, and only when it was brought up, did they start issuing actual paychecks. Even one of the reviews on Glassdoor here is inaccurate, as that review claims they have been an employee for more than 5 years. Yet at the time of this review, the company hasn't even existed for more than 5 years. You the reader can decide how to interpret that. As the writer of this review though, I see it as more confirmation of how poor they know they are as a company and are trying to trick people into joining. There is nothing redeeming about this company, you are better off on unemployment than working here. Because if you raise so much as an eyebrow the wrong way, you will be out the door in a manner of weeks. So do yourself a favor, and save yourself the grief and anguish of working here.
