Flexible, no one is down your back unless you really messed up. Even then, by next week your forgiven. Plenty of room to get more responsibility, room to grow and learn, Team overall is laid back. Work can be challenging at times if you seek it. The bonus's aren't bad.

In the past your bonus and overall performance was based on the team, some individuals on the team slack and complain (like they are complaining in these other reviews) which can stop you from receiving 100% of your bonus. The pay is decent, but you could get a lot more responsibility and your pay wont increase. But don't worry, it wont cause you any more stress at the end of the day.
