Terribly depressing work environment. No room for advancement due to the lack of opportunities at this small site. Poor spending leaves the company strapped so they cannot reward overachievers. They use the cliche “we’re a family” which is always a sign that you will work hard and bear with them through all their turnover as they cannot afford to pay adequately yet they are understaffed.
