The harder you work the harder they work you. Hours are terrible. Twilight (3 am - 10 am) evening (5 pm - 11 pm). They say you only have to fulfill 4hrs and 30 mins a day, but they won't let you go until much later. You do get overtime after you complete your first 4 to 5 hrs (daily overtime), every hour after is time and a half. Twilight shift gets paid about $11/hr and evening shift gets paid $10/hr. Must work for a full year to qualify for health coverage and other useful benefits. Union has too much power, you have useless workers walking around the warehouse all day doing nothing or hiding in the break room from other employees to get away from work. Work performance means nothing to them so put in the minimum amount of effort. Tell them everything is very hard to do so they do not take advantage of you (which they will).
