It is still the good old boy system. After you are in management, you don't really have control of the sort that you wish to work. The senior management team, the ones who built the place, didn't like women in positions of authority. I had to play delicate flower so often, because I refused to play strong and lesbian. There was no place for creativity or external views for making changes. Long hours, full-time supervisors endure long hours, usually 11-13 on average without any typical lunch break.
