Solid job security as long as you are doing your job. UPS does not typically lay off their management staff and has shown loyalty to their management team.

Challenging workload, overbearing corporate culture. UPS is affected by the current state of the economy. Sometimes the managers at UPS are not always the best because UPS has been the only company they have ever worked for and they don't realize what real life is like outside of UPS.
