      Good job security and decent pay. Good oppourtunities to live overseas. Laid back atmosphere to work in (as much as there could be still working on an Air Force base)

      Constant moves and deployments despite being a civilan employee. I left the military for a change of scenery in my work place, but it feels like I never left sometimes.

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
