The leadership at this company will tell you what they think you want to hear, but does not follow through. There is favoritism and a lot of politics. The leadership does not treat their employees equally. The company brings in great revenue, but doesn't share the wealth evenly. The higher management doesn't truly understand the roles of the lower level employees or the work that those employees do.
