      The company strategy and operations are very solid and leading to strong growth and continuous improvement. The people here are amazing; all very strong pros who know their space and are good people, highly collaborative and good to work with.

      It is a large company and like any large company takes time to navigate and get some things done. However, this company very well for its size.

      Terrible accountability. Poor teamwork and poor follow through on actions to problems. Management needs training on accountability and coaching. Constant turnover of leadership with both firing and quitting. Uninspiring work environment. The offices are dirty, unorganized, cluttered, and outdated. Stained carpets everywhere and non carpet areas are from the 80's.
