Management needs to have a larger role in day to day operations. Some employees take advantage of little supervision. Company can seem very unorganized when faced with an issue.

You receive a paycheck every two weeks

Ineffective management. Recently just had a massive security issue that made the news, the company's response was to gaslight the people reporting on it. Also, way too much work for how consistently understaffed they are. Everyone is constantly on-call which nobody enjoys.
