The culture there was not good. Lab Corp, the parent company, is notoriously cheap when it comes to competitive salaries, which means you get a lower quality of employee, which creates poor company culture. People are only wanting to the minimum amount of work, so the high flyers who want to do well get frustrated having to carry the load of the others. Also, culture stems from the leader. So they won't pay employees, so they don't pay supervisors either, which means you get a supervisor with poor leadership that leads to poor company culture.
