      Bonuses, low bar for promotions, everybody gets to be a Director, ED, VP, etc. Starbucks. Gyms if you’re into that.

      Faux military culture, ultra conservative, all too predictable, managers that preach one thing and live another. Culture of mediocrity is overwhelming.
