Some areas are miserable to work in. either back to back meetings or back to back phone calls. promotions are getting more difficult and transfers are almost impossible (there are too many talented employees applying for open positions). Forced to return to office after working remote for over a year. not enough remote positions. poor work life balance. bad leadership decisions the company is getting too woke. donating millions to advance racial equality and taking out bonds while the company is falling apart at the seams. fix the IT systems and take care of your employees and members.
