USAA has collapsed in past 2 years. Half bonus, half shift differential, eliminate retirement plus plan. More work and roles per employee than ever before. 7 year employee. Yet, Executives have expanded their own pay and benefits and pay with largest net company profits ever ($6 Billion in net profit for 2020). I would not wish this job on my worst enemy. USAA used to be a great company, but that company no longer exists. Our Claims department has lost 54% of our staff within the last year. I will be leaving soon as well. I would not stay at USAA for double the pay. Honestly, do not destroy your life by working for USAA. If you do, remember this; I told you so. Yes, it really is that bad.
