      The bonuses are great. They pay for school after working there for 90 days.

      The mortgage department is awful. Employees are overworked and managers do not have your back. I would go back to USAA but never to the Mortgage department. I'd rather be unemployed. And it's hard to put in for a different department once you're in Mortgage- they won't let you go. It's easier to quit and apply as an external candidate than to be offered a position as an internal candidate.

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
