No chance to move up in the Addison office. They say no cold calls but their outbound campaign is cold as ice and the members are not expecting your call. You get voicemails most of the time. If you are willing to live in San Antonio you have a better shot to move up, they do not promote Addison employees. If there is a manager job open and a person from SA applies you are toast. If you work here best thing is get them to pay for your CFP and get out! You can do better on your own and get six figures if you have ambition. Recruiter will lie to you about the role and speak highly because they are not on the phones. Those that are not on the phones will not like their job but managers (that maybe spent a year on the phones) love their jobs. Inbound you will get debt calls and expect to sell life insurance to those that can't afford the dollar menu.

Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
