The campus is beautiful and the facilities are quire accommodating. The mission of USAA serves a higher purpose than "just earning more money". There is great opportunity for work-life balance if you take advantage of the many programs and facilities. They have an excellent internship and new hires program that exposes college students to the work place and gives them responsibility and experience. It's a great place to launch an IT career. Also, casual dress code.

I was an intern and enjoyed the few months that I spent there. I didn't notice any downsides while I was there because of this short stay.
